Gespro’s role in the project
Our team in charge of the project worked closely with our client to provide the resources and skills needed to turn their vision into a success. We have collected data, analysed it and reorganized the factory according to the new equipment and products. We supervised the work carried by the equipment suppliers and the contractor.
The main scope was to reduce operating cost, improve flow, productivity, simplify methods and reduce risks. We also investigated and integrated new technologies in Protein industry. Every time we delivered on time and on budget.
Concretely, Gespro has:
- Reviewed current operations & improved them (process & packaging)
- Participated in making the factory HACCP compliant
