Gespro’s role in the project

Our team in charge of the project worked closely with our client to provide the resources and skills needed to turn their vision into a success. We have collected data, analysed it and reorganized the factory according to the new equipment and products. We supervised the work carried by the equipment suppliers and the contractor.

We worked on reorganizing the existing plants to automate the Primary & Secondary packaging area. The main scope was to reduce operating cost, improve flow, productivity, simplify methods and reduce risks. We also implemented an X-Ray solution to improve quality control.
