Optimization cookies production line and new technologies
Gespro made the reorganization of an entire cookies production line to allow a reduction of the number of employees and to reduce double handling of products and changeover time (SMED). Design, research, innovation and implementation of new equipment were made by Gespro in order to improve production capacity by at least 15%. The strength of the process has been improved by providing a flexible architecture capable of diverting the flow of products in the event of equipment failure, which could help to drive up efficiencies.
